The clerk is cool always has a smile on his face listening to good music to top off great quality in their work is a bonus.
Today was our last pickup from this business. In the past few months we have found that when we came to pick up our dry cleaning the store was closed before posted hours and not yet open after posted opening hours. Saturday the store was closed early and the clerk refused to give my husband his clothes and closed the door in in face. There were two customers waiting in line behind him who also were refused their clothes.nWe have supported this business for at least 18 years or more. We will now choose a new Cleaner service in Towne Lake.
In the summer it's hotter in the store than outside. No AC and in the winter it's colder than outside. No heat. They don't treat their employees good, I don't know how I thought that they treat their customers with any.
