I took in three military flags that were new. I wanted them pressed and rolled up together so as to not have creases. Rebecca wrote down the simple instructions in front of me and said no problem, that was after the third time explaining that I did not want any folds or wrinkles because the flags are hanging up and not on poles. 3 3x5 flags pressed only 40$ !!! And 2-3 more days, And not listening to the customer priceless, I guess I'll keep taking them back until it's right. Thanks Rebecca for all your hard work. SMH. After taking the flags back and being assured that they will be done correctly. They were not! Not even close. They didn't even press the creases out that they put in, they rolled them though, then laid them down flat! Now I have three times as many creases. Every 6 inches. Go somewhere else that pays attention to details and the customer! No stars !!!!
Great dry-cleaning and wonderful customer service! They are super nice and have quality care with my clothes. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
