Master Tech was very responsive and professional from the start. From my first phone call when I asked for a rush on this they made it happen. The owner Cliff made the time to meet with me and review all of my options. He took the time to answer every question I had and to give me honest feedback on every option available. He kept me informed during the installation and the finished product looks amazing and works great! The pricing was very fair and the service incredible. I highly recommend!
I can't say enough about how fantastic these folks were to work with. Needed a relatively simple water line hookup to a new fridge. Made the appointment online, got an immediate call from Jeannette to confirm, and Michael came out and did the work at the scheduled time. He was professional, courteous and made certain we had easy access to the ice maker shut-off in the event of an emergency. Highly recommend!
Had a 15 year old electric hot water heater that failed. I easily booked an appointment online. The heater started leaking and Master Tech sent Steve Kenneally to drain the heater to stop the leak the day before my scheduled appointment and were able to squeeze me in same day to remove and replace the heater. I called several other plumbers and none of them have yet called me back in the time it took Master Tech to complete the job. Steve has great energy, patience with all my questions, and was extremely courteous and wore a mask to keep everyone in my home safe. I cannot recommend Master Tech enough. The most pleasant home repair experience I have had in the 20 years I have owned my home in Cape Cod.
I had read some great reviews about Master Tech, so decided to start there. Am SO glad I did! Steve was professional, efficient, and so easy to work with. Plus, he’s clearly someone who is passionate about, and takes great pride in his trade. Not always the case these days.nnMaster Tech has got customers for life as long as we live on the Cape!
We had Dan come service our sink. He arrived punctual, and was very professional. Went out of his way to help us with the sink issue. We ended up asking him about another issue with the boiler that he repaired while here for the installation of a new sink. He cleaned up his work area, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We are glad we called Master Tech Plumbing and very pleased with Dan's work.
