They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Very direct, no headgames.nnI don't like to throw shade, but there are a lot of plumbers in the Macon area in particular who act as if the Lord himself has called them into this line of work, but I'm not so certain it was the Lord Jehovah and not perhaps the dark lord, because so many of these other companies do not know how to treat their customers. And they are all related to each other by blood.Covenant is not related to that line but covenant understands customer service.
Hot water heater went out and I contacted my home warranty company. Coventry plumbing was the contractor to do the work. They worked with me through the whole process of my warranty even going above and beyond to make sure that my job was done ASAP. Everybody I had contact with from the company was very respectful and very professional. I recommend them to anybody who has hot water or plumbing issues. Thanks for a great job!

We have used Covenant Plumbing multiple times and have always had a good experience. Recently, our hot water heater went out and Covenant worked with our home warranty company to efficiently get a water heater to us as soon as possible.
