There service was awesome... I can't remember the guys name but he was perfect. I was impressed with his standards. He asked me what the issue was where the pipe was and as soon as he got his information he went to work... He did an amazing job. The job was not a small one due to neglect for over a month he also had to go behind previous plumber and complete unfinished work . This guy was a big man but that did not stop him from crawling under the small space under the house and getting on the roof. He made sure everything was working properly before he left as well as cleaning up behind himself.he even stomped his feet at the door each time he came in. He didn't waste time talking and asking questions. He was very thorough and clean! He didn't make excuses and came when he said he would. I felt very safe with him in my home there was no need to ask him questions or stand over him. He worked straight through till the end . He completed the task all on his own and was a very pleasant individual all together. .. all of my toilets flush better than ever the water even goes down faster in the sink and shower... He even put the cap back on my pipe out back which the last plumber left off. I have dogs and he didn't even make a fuss about the dogs like the last plumber did, the last guy had me move the dogs several times and had so many excuses as to why he couldn't do the job! This is the best plumbing service I've ever had to use in three states and 15 years! Thanks for the outstanding job and completing the task in one trip and in a timely manner!
