I’ve been having to come for a few weeks due to my washing machine being broken. I feel safe when I’m there and the place is clean. Reasonable priced and many sizes for washers and dryers. A few flat screen TVs on the wall and happy atmosphere. The staff is always cleaning and returning people’s carts while also being friendly and happy to help those. I highly recommend this place.
Best place to wash ur clothes
I was sketchy from the address but I decided to checkout. From the road you couldn't tell how clean and taken care of it was. When I walked in, a young lady was vacuuming the dryer vents. She was very helpful in showing me how to use a laundry card and helpful with anything I needed. While I was there I noticed her sweeping and mopping. The place is kept very well. The bathroom was also clean. I felt safe and I noticed security cameras thru out. Nice sitting areas with different tv's. I will be using this place for sure while I am in town.
First and foremost the laundromat is CLEAN, the attendants HELPFUL, the Laundromat Money Card is Customer self assisted and conviently located...
I asked the Manager Adrien if he can rectify the fact that his machines are not working properly and my clothes came out wet after the spin cycle, the machines kept malfunctioning saying ignore and stoping on the spin cycle and he proceeded to tell me that this is how the machines are. All my clothes were on heavy cycle at hot and the water was not hot. It was it a lot of water in the machines. He stated this is how I’ve been here several times and Zico never had an issue with the managers nor the machines.certain establishments in Macon are acting real funny and showing there evil faces out during this pandemic... smdh
