Just recently started using a dry cleaner because i bought my first suit and dress shirt. My experience here was very good until they lost my suit jacket.nWhen i asked for options to reimburse me for my lost property i was offered store credit and never offered to be given cash to go get another jacket. I was very patient and gave them almost 4 weeks to find it, but they never did and still offered store credit. No longer going here or recommending this location to friends and family.

I went in there and brought in a couple dress shirts and pants. I asked for same day service and came back at 4 pm and it was ready. The shirts and pants were exactly how I wanted and some of the stains were no longer visible.

They’re fairly reliable, however there has been times when they made me wait a few hours to pick up my clothes, after going and expecting it to be there.

I just picked up my clothes charge me $110 and I asked them to so pockets up all my suit and it look like a 10-year-old it. They are very unprofessional and used to not be this way when ask to speak to manger or have manger call . They were very rudenAlso when I told the lady I was unhappynShe just smiled and said oh ok we have many more customers... I mean really what kind of service is thisnIt was never like this beforenI will never use them againnThey CHARGE WAY TO MUCH AND THEN WHEN TOLD TO PICK THE CLOTHS UP THE ITEMS WAS NOT EVEN THEREnI AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE

I have used this cleaner for several years and have had no complaints. Recently there was a change with the help. I had picked up my cleaning a month ago and was missing a blouse. When I went in to ask about it I had to wake the older women working there up. She quickly dismissed me and told me they do not make mistakes and i received everything that was on the ticket. I asked her to have the manager or owner call me. I never got a call and when I asked her about it she rudely blew me off again. The customer service is absolutely gone. I would highly recommend finding a new dry cleaner to take your clothes to as you may not get them back. Shame on the owner for not taking better care of his customers.
