Emily, the historical guide, is very pleasant and knowledgable. If you are in the area of Ponce Inlet, make sure to visit the museum along with the lighthouse. It cannot be missed.

What a hidden jewel and i don't mean just the museum but Carol, the lady who showed us around and shared all the very interesting facts and cool stories of the early settlers of Ponce Inlet... She kept us engaged and her story telling abilities made it fun to learn...my mum is here from England and i said lets just pop in...so glad we did it was a wonderful afternoon.... Thanks Carol for sharing your knowledge

Interesting little place.

It's a tiny museum, but with a lot history of the city founders and how they developed the city. The fish business. And an example of the first post office of the city. Right in front there's an old cemetery where rest one of the family of the city founders. The lady that guides the tour is so sweet and amazing, and she knows everything about the city history. It's free and free parking.

So interesting. The volunteer in museum was so helpful. Take the 30 minutes and explore. We stopped while riding our bikes.
