I love the great customer service I get Everytime visit. Jessica keeps the shop extremely clean! I have never been in a nail shop and felt welcomed to be there🥰🥰🥰

Go somewhere else for salon services! Don't be fooled by the good reviews. Jessica has been asking customers to leave a positive review stating that her boss was requesting her to ask. However, she is the owner. EXTREMELY OVER PRICED. She lacks good customer service. She acts as if she doesn't understand English but she does very well. She's condescending & judgemental of her customers. Especially ones of the LGBTQ community. As I've witnessed her talk negativity about those in transition and still referring to certain females as he. The products she uses are sub-par. Polish chips or flakes off in less than 24 hours and she charges to fix it. And to top it off my nails are lumpy & uneven. No refund or offer to fix them. She filed my skin with both the electric & manual nail file. No air conditioning or music. No other employees except her 15 year old daughter.

I am an OTR truck driver. I come to Salt Lake City every 2 - 3 weeks. I tried Serenity nails because it was close to my trucking company. Jessica Did my nails and pedicure. Now, I will not go anywhere else. Jessica has a great personality and she does nails that will last 3 weeks, Jessicia even stays late for me and the best part, you can park your tractor in front or back. If your in Salt Lake fellow Lady truckers, try it out and ask for Jessica. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Called ahead to get an appointment at 11am. Jessica and her daughter were very friendly & sweet! I needed a shellac mani & pedi and I needed it all done while on my hour lunch break. They were quick and did an amazing job! I had a really bad ingrown toe nail from an accident a month ago that was very tender and had me super nervous. Jessica took care of it so quick & painless I wish I had known about her sooner! I will definitely be going back!
