While up to date and modern, I am reminded of the good old-fashioned hardware stores of days gone by. Associates are very knowledgeable of the great variety of merchandise but also know where to find it! They willingly help you out even on the smallest purchase.
They wer a little short-staffed the day I visited, but they were always stocked up in the things you need. When they're fully staffed they are very helpful.
Always relied on Ace's great selection of nuts&bolts... but walked away disappointed today because of the limited length options of metric (M2,M3). Had to go to Amazon for what I needed.

I do not understand the negative review's the store is getting. I have started going to Vision Ace because it has a convenient location. I have always had great service by the staff. I needed a particular paint which was out of stock and they went to another store to pick it up and had it ready the next day. I would like to see that kind of service from the larger stores. They can not possibly have the same inventory as a large chain; however I like that I can walk into a small store find the essentials that I need and check out quickly.
