On Saturday I purchased a new grill online with store delivery from Bray Ace Hardware . Delivery was scheduled for Monday, but I received a call that it could be brought over a day early on Sunday. Fantastic news, I was so excited!nnZack was professional, polite, and brought the grill all the way to the patio. He even gave me a few tips on assembly and invited me to call him if I had any questions. The only improvement which I could suggest would be to give Zack a man sized hand truck when delivering a 200 pound grill. It was amusing to see him maneuver the large unwieldy box onto a tiny hand truck fit for a 10 year old. :-)

The best hardware shop for miles. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I spend less than 15 minutes in there and get what I need and get back to work. There's always someone there to help you.

Good place to shop. Cashier where the lawn equipment was sold was not to friendly like they usually are. I took a blower into your repair shop and John helped me when I went to the counter. He was very helpful and kept me informed on the repair. I think he is very good and polite dealing with the customers. This trip earns 5 Stars. Thanks you John for your help. My visit was a couple of weeks ago
