The staff was very friendly and quick to offer help, I was able to find what I need. They were able to quickly let me know that one of the things I was looking for was not available at the store but could possibly be readily available at another local store. It was really nice to know that they were willing to offer me help even if it was from a competitor.
They have all different tools at great priced. I higjly recommend harbor freight. Staff is knowledgable and nice
Great service. The lady working there came by and checked on us many times. Not a lot of customers in the store.
Twice I've had assistance from one of the floor workers and they stopped what they were doing and checked the back inventory for what I couldn't find on the shelf and found what I was looking for. thought that was great customer service!
