James Nolan and his crew took care of my remodel and several additional projects. I found them to be very professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. Any time I have needed an issue addressed they responded quickly. My house is a great source of joy to me and my family due in no small part to these outstanding people. This company from the initial contact was professional, responsive and kept us informed on every step in the process including and meeting the timeframes. Their office administrator Lisa communicated the scheduling plan and kept us informed throughout which was most helpful and appreciated.nRob came in for the original planning/estimate and was most helpful to look at the best possible way to make this new system work the best for our home. In fact of all the estimates we received, I thought Rob's was the most creative and made the most sense for installation.nBecause this company has its own installers and also a electrician everyone knew of the plan before entering the home. This was also very well received by us as they were all professional and conscientious. They worked hard and their efforts did not go unnoticed. They were neat and kept the work sites organized as they installed. They also spent the time to discuss and teach us about the new system and ensured it all worked as it should. In particular Brett helped us understand the system completely.nFor us, this company has the expertise and care to do a great job and they really worked together to make it a team effort. We had an emergency with our boiler on a very cold day in January that left us without heat or hot water. Coastal Mechanical were very responsive to our needs and were able to come out same day to diagnose a very tough situation. They advised us on next steps and followed up promptly . They were instrumental in getting our heat back up and running before an extremely cold weekend forecast and we couldn't be more thankful.
