Lowe's Home Improvement

Great place for all my home improvement needs. My uncle recently purchase cabinets in Gary was such a great help and put in a lot of work to make sure he was satisfied to the max. Danielle and the flooring department was super helpful the last few times I was in. Always have an answer for my questions no matter who I'm dealing with and always with a kind and courteous attitude.

The garden center is wonderful.nStocked with all type of plants and items needed to support the true gardener.nnAssociates were very nice and knowledgeable.

Higher end home depot. Good quality but expect to spend more. I wish they had a customer rewards loyalty program.

Ok. Florida home gardener here. I always need a bag of earth to counter our sandy soil. I've tried other locations for inexpensive earth and get a combination of 1/2 composted and 1/2 large stems and sticks. Lowes has a $2 bag that I use. Don't get the one next to it for $1.79..too many sticks. I use the Timberline cow manure and compost 1 CF. I treat this to add microorganisms and neutralize any chemicals. Lots of happy plants.
