The customer service team at this location are as arrogant as can be. Also, Every time I go to this Harbor freight location there is an issue. Today, their credit card machine was down again and the cashier was telling the customers how lucky you they were if they had cash. I figure the store is the lucky one if their customer carries $200 -$300 in cash! It’s worth your time and aggravation to drive to the Jensen Beach location.
It's harbor freight so don't expect quality. But some of their stuff is surprisingly good. The supplies to any harbor freight across the Nation.nnThe staff here seem to be friendly and helpful when you're trying to find something.
Right tools and right price and nice people
Checkout always seems to be a problem, one cashier (who cannot checkout without needing another associates assistance), long lines, delays. Frustrated customers. Great prices on throw away tools.
This year's Black Friday sales were pretty good it's hard to be the prices especially for someone who's not a professional
