Haven't been here since I was a kid. It was nice seeing how updated it was. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The planetarium was pretty nice. I do miss the old star machine they used to have but it was nice. Just wish they still do the laser light shows. Spent countless weekend nights enjoying those but the space shows they offer now are pretty cool

Nice place. It's small but has some interesting things to see. Staff was friendly and the place is clean and in good shape. I feel 2-3 hours would be plenty of time to see everything. We found street parking but I believe a parking garage is open.

Delightful for everyone from children to senior citizens. Ticket is good for the day. We went on a Saturday. Spent 2 hours in the museum/planetarium, visited the Saturday Market, had lunch and went back to the museum for another 3 hours. Saw another presentation in the planetarium. Very, very well done. I recommend going.

The Mosaic Backyard and planetarium were our favorite parts of the museum. If you have the opportunity to hear Howard speak in the planetarium you’ll be mind blown. The amount of knowledge he shared in a few was incredible. The Backyard section was fun even with a few things closed due to covid. We would have loved to see the manatee section, but it was closed due to the manatees being released which is the best reason.

Friendly staff and clean atmosphere. The planetarium is very cool! Location is a good spot to walk down along the water or grab a bite to eat. Wish the museum was bigger but it's worth a visit.
