Must see,, they show a movie
Price was reasonable... about 11 for 2 adults... $5 off coupon available on their website or in the free local paper they have right outside their entrance. It only took about an hour or so to see everything. Nice location by the intracoastal. Free parking. Clean bathroom. An extraordinary collection. Recommended.
This a place that allows you to see and touch history. You can touch cannons, and a gold bar. You can see lots of artifacts, coins, pottery, religious items, etc. Tons of history at your reach. If you visit this small museum take your time going through it otherwise you won't enjoy it as much as I did. Little kids might not be engaged and feel bored. There is a 20 minute movie explaining the history of the treasure hunt and museum.
Absolutely amazing...you must see for yourself. Friendly staff greeted you at the door. Gift shop truly amazing. Do yourself a favor and go for the tour. And don't forget to hold the gold bar at the end.
Fun, interesting and impressive, if this is your idea of entertainment. Reasonable entry fee and very friendly staff. Enjoyed the leisurely pace.
