Workers are friendly and Helpful, They are always happy and a pleasure to deal with But the Owner/Manager is not, He is very Rude and NOT Friendly. I thought Ace was suppose to be the Helpful Hardware Place, Someone Needs to Let the Owner know This. Remember you are in a customer service position, If you can't provide the minimum common courtesy's then you need to find another job! Not sure if he was just having a bad day, but reading more of the comments it seems that this is a common occurrence. I understand some people don't follow the COVID Mask Guidance as the Owner wasn't wearing a mask and dealing directly with the customers. But I would suggest he needs to wear a mask to cover his Stinky Breath and Stinky Attitude
Very helpful, and very nice, have never had a bad experience there. Pretty much everything you could ever need for the handyman or D.I.Y'er. Very clean and managed well.

Found what i needed, but had issues at the register. Super-nice new girl had a problem with the register, but the other cashier wouldn't help her fix it. I ended up returning to the store to get the problem resolved.
