So surprised to find the restaurant inside the YMCA building, but the sandwich was delicious! The young lady who prepared it told me that many people like to eat a healthy sandwich after working out! She was very friendly and I could tell she enjoyed her job!
They have pretty good tuna sandwiches. I love the Y not only because the ride range of classes included in the membership but because of all different activities geared towards the family. There is something for everyone, from family Yoga, to kickboxing, teen fitness, zumba, Tabatha, circuit training, spinning, zumba and the list goes on. The Y offers ongoing workshop targeted to better living for the whole family. They offer parent night out once per month 3 hours of fun activities for the children and enough time to go to the movies or eat out knowing that children are in a safe place. There is always fresh coffee in the morning and most important, the staff is very warm and friendly and makes everyone feel welcomed .
Always enjoyed flatbread(white) and now subway has discontinued so I guess I can discontinue going there. Thanks alot subway.
