I was in the drive through and had coupons, when I arrived at the window I gave them to the cashier. He asked if I told the person talking the order, I said no, he proceeds to throw his hands up, take off his headset and pace around. The manager walks over and I asked him if there was an issue, he said no, then proceeded to tell me after, next time I have coupons to let them know in a rude manner. I told him never mind you can keep the food, he said thank you. You’re thanking a customer you were rude to for not purchasing anything. Instead of apologizing for his cashiers behavior as someone in charge, he seemed to be more intimidated that his cashier was so bothered. They seem to lack basic customer service skills, I have had way more friendlier interactions with other staff.

It was my first time here. The food was cold and had a old funny taste to it. I would never eat here again. My children and i were disappointed.

My goodness, this place is disgusting. I ordered a fish sandwhich, chicken tenders and fries and everything tastes like cafeteria food. My first time trying arbys and it was not pleasant. Seriously, the cheese on the sandwhich was old. Everyone knows what old cheese looks like. The chicken tenders were dry as hell with 80% breading. The fries were hard and dry as well. Not trying this place ever again.

Oh man. I want to love Arby's so much. I try but this Arby's is not good. First, the restaurant is usually empty. Which is usually a good indication that the empty restaurant is not good. Second, it takes a long time to get your food which is odd because the restaurant is empty and there aren't usually any other customers. Third, the food is often too hot to eat, I've received burnt food as well and sometimes the fries have been too crunchy and crispy to eat as they hurt the roof of my mouth. I do love a beef and cheddar sandwich. However, I've received cold beef and cheddar sandwiches here before. I want you to be delicious' Arby's in Pembroke Pines! Maybe one day.
