Had a very unpleasant customer service experience today at the Subway located inside of Wal-Mart. The sandwich maker proceeded to scrape the tuna off of the bread after messing up my order. It's unbelievable to think that this lady thought scraping tuna off of bread to reuse was okay because she forgot to toast the bread before making the sandwich. Definitely a coaching opportunity somewhere in this horrible scenario.

It seems that subway's quality has gone downhill, they are super cheap with the topping. You are basically eating a bread sandwich. Better off going to Publix

I love me some Subway! The service is always efficient and fast when I go. I just wish that the employees would not talk over my sandwich when it's being customized. That's talking to each other. I don't mind them asking me questions pertaining to my food. That's usually my nit pick with any restaurant. Serve the customers than talk away. Or, at least not over my food. Other than that I enjoy going to Subway. The employees are nice!

Just hate that their sandwiches are so skimpy. Not enough cold cuts at all.
