Excellent supply, after HD & Lowe's didn't work. Was looking for a replacement faucet for the laundry room wash basins. Lowe's only has one type of plastic one !!! and HD not much more. So I went to Next and they had good quality ones.nnShould mention that the guy in the back (parts dept.) is nice & helpful but the guy out front in the showroom is a bit grumpy like the other posters said.

I highly recommend this place for plumbing for your plumbing supplies. I had excellent sales rep service with my bathroom and kitchen selections they were so helpful helping me make the Wright selections I was looking for .

Worst customer service possible. Made an order for a client of Grohe products over 4 weeks ago. Was told of a delivery time of 3 possibly 4 weeks. We're past week 5 and I've yet to receive as much as an answer from Carrie my sales rep. Many unanswered voice mails and in fact left a note with the secretary and store owner who guaranteed I'd be contacted by the sales rep. The days pass and I still don't hear from them. If only they would communicate with me then I would not be so livid.

I thought this was next best thing but when I pick out the delta shower duo I needed I was told it would take 4 weeks to get it. I saw that home depo had the same duo and it only took 2 to 3 days to get it.
