They always hire the special people.
I went in and saw you could order at the kiosk. Thought it was pretty cool. I hated it. Not user friendly at all. Had to get help from both a customer and an employee. Had to change the order with each item, no option for all. Took forever. Lucky for me, there was an employee there that helped me. Should make the computer user friendly.
I went on a day the staffing was low. I didn't know how to use kids. The manager came out and showed me real quick as she was doing orders. I used it and my order came out quickly. The car line was really backed up so I was pleased to learn the kids. The staff was friendly even though they were beyond busy. Great staff that day.
Used to be one of my favorite Taco Bell locations. Ever since the menu change during quarantine the quality has dropped significantly. Idk what instructions Taco Bell passed down to their employees but it changed them significantly. The management does not even order enough food. I work a night job and usually get food from them on my way home and this is the third week in a row that I have come several hours before closing but they are out of almost all if not entirely all food options.
