Very slow service for no obvious reason. A regular order of fries at almost $5 and then it looked like a small order. Maybe it is just this place because I have always gotten super fast service and plenty of fresh hot fries. I wish there was another five guys to do business with.

I would have liked to have given them 5 stars but I ordered grilled onions and it came with raw. The fries are always great. They also have the best malted milk shake.

Just left 5 Guys restaurant on Palm Bay Road. Stood there for awhile. Girl at the counter was on the phone didn’t even acknowledge I was there. There was a line of people all the way to the door. The people that was cooking and goofing off didn’t not acknowledge anyone. I asked them if anyone was taking the orders and again no acknowledgement. So I stood for a few more minutes and nothing. People was walking out of your restaurant but I guess you don’t need any more business. I finally walked out. You may need to get a manager in there to babysit your workers

Always a great place for burgers. Smash burger style with two patties for the regular cheeseburger, which is my favorite and all-the-way!nnGotta love the amount of fires they give for an order and if you go in later they sometimes give bit more since closing hours are soon.

This is probably the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Robert cleaned the soda dispenser after almost every guest as well as the condiments counter. The tables and floors were spotless. I rarely write reviews but I was impressed with the hard work and professionalism of all staff especially a worker named Robert.
