Lowe's Home Improvement

I had a mostly mixed experience at this Lowe’s to be honest, some good and some not so great. However after working with Barbara on my kitchen, I had to give this Lowe’s 5 stars. She has gone above and beyond to make sure the design is exactly the way I want it. She is also super helpful in giving advice every step of the way, explaining details that many people would overlook. Lowe’s is so lucky to have a designer as knowledgeable and helpful as her. I was extremely impressed with her customer service and would recommend her to anyone looking to renovate their kitchen. 10/10, go to Barbara for your kitchen!

Shelves were unstocked tools looking for wasn't there

I went in today to Lowe's and their nearby neighbor Home Depot.nnLowe's by far was the better experience! I was out shopping for supplies for a mini project. When I needed to find something, I could pull it up on the Lowe's website and it would tell me what aisle and bay to find the object. Couldn't do that at Home Depot. I got passed by employees in both stores but Lowe's was the only one who had people who asked me how I was and if I needed any help. While I didn't find everything I needed between the two stores, I found much more at Lowe's than HD. I'll be back here again for future supplies. Well done, Lowe's!

I have always loved Lowe's. They always have what we need. But the biggest thing we like is the attention that they give to veterans & military, plus the discount. They have great sales and dependable equipment!

wow... so many companies can learn customer service from manager Matt and his team. they are personable, listen, and help you. unlike other stores where they tell you it is on aisle whatever and walk away. because of this, I have bought my major appliances; all landscaping, fence, and today they have a new charcoal colored cement tile. so anyone given the opportunity to choose between Home Depot or a closer Lowe's location should stop by and experience what it means to receive Grade A customer support.
