Northern Tool + Equipment

My local Northern Tool + Equipment store is a great shopping experience. Many hard to find items all available on the shelf. Always enjoy shopping at this store and the Staff and Manager(s) are always very helpful.

Every time I shop there I’m pleasantly greeted and helped to find items which greatly saves me time .

The Melbourne, Florida Harbor Freight store is very conveniently located on the main Melbourne east-west New Haven Rd. Also... within just a few blocks of the Interstate I-95. Very good location with a big, well lit lot. I’ve always felt very safe.nnThe store inside is well laid out. A huge amount of quality goods is always on hand. Too many stores now, seem to run a way too lean inventory. I have never been disappointed at the Melbourne store. Of course for something important, it’s always good to call ahead a couple days if possible, just to verify inventory. Plus the staff will bring the item up front, so you save time to boot!nnStaff has always been respectful and quite helpful. At 65, I’ve been in my share of retail stores. Even though it’s a thirty minute drive for my wife and I, this is the store I will continue to seek out for my needs.nnMy wife always finds an item or two that she enjoys as well. Even if it’s just a pair of gardening gloves. And if you have a trailer of any sort, this should be your number one stop for trailer parts, from axles to tie downs. A vast assortment of all types of trailer parts and accessories, 2nd to none.nnThis store I highly recommend. I am with this $1,100 order, finally, finally getting a garage LP gas Maxx heater for up on the ceiling!nnI’ve joined their club to get the free shipping and specials -just for members- a try. Best of all, by crossing the $1,000 grand mark, I will now receive a $200 gift card as well ! $200 not $20! And all the sale items saved me another $350 up front.nnAnd the wife thinks __she__ can shop??!!! Don't buy any equipment cause they fall apart and the warranty isn't worth a dime. Our generators have been with them for 3 months. Horrible Service and customer service

Amazing products but certain staff are unnecessarily rude. This happens at many places, and honestly should not even be a thing. It hurts customer experience. this is the only reason the store is getting three rather than four stars.
