Customer service here is superior! I still have to go to the big box stores for some things, like plants, but otherwise I shop here, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and someone is always available to help, unlike those big box stores where the employees know no more about the merchandise than you do.

They always have everything you need and a lot of other things you wouldn't think you'd find in a hardware store. Plus, it's easy to get help or advice if you need it.
