Very helpful people price right

If I could give no stars I would. They're crooks I paid my rent every month on time to not have things fixed or have to fix them myself. They stole from me and forced me to move refusing to make my place liveable. Now they want to charge almost 3,000 for things they promised to fix . WOULD ADVISE THAT YOU LOOK FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY. YOU WILL GET SICK STAYING IN THERE PLACES.

Lived in a house for two years. Paid rent on time for two years. We go to move out they promise a walk through to determine a how much of a deposit we will get back. We call 10 times before anyone gets back with us. Says they alreadt did work and gives us 100 bucks and no explanation of keeping the other 400. VERY SHADY company.

Amazing

They locked us out of the apartment on our last day of rent. When we got the key to get in, the carpet was completely ripped up and everything was gone. We didn't even get a chance to take pictures to prove that we didn't cause any damage. Now they're saying we aren't going to get our security deposit back. When I mentioned small claims court Brian wouldn't even accept my calls anymore. He wouldn't give me that contact info for his boss or give me the money he owed us for our last days rent. He also tried to say that we never paid rent for that last day, when I have proof that we did.
