I purchased property from this real estate office years ago and the property was advertised as 53 acres.nYears later a professional survey was completed only to reveal that there was only 36.84 acres. I would strongly recommend that any purchase through this office have a profession survey completed prior to the purchase to ensure what is being advertised is accurate. When I contacted them they indicated they count on the title company to validate the acreage. The title company is also not taking any responsibility.
