Jays Plumbing

We had our propane oven installed by Jay’s Plumbing back in 2013. For years we have had a horrible smell coming from the oven and it produced a tremendous amount of soot. We never questioned it considering it was installed by what we thought was a reputable plumber. However, we recently had an appliance repair man come out to service the unit. We were informed it had never been converted to propane by Jay’s Plumbing. The propane conversion kit, which came with the oven, is missing. My family has been exposed to carbon monoxide repeatedly and unnecessarily by Jay’s Plumbing. Jay’s Plumbing charged us for work they didn’t do and the $100 propane conversion kit that came with the appliance is missing Thank you Shay’s Appliance for making my kitchen a safer environment for my family.

Quick, more than fair and very clean. The only plumbing company thatnyou should use. They saved me time, money and aggravation and didna great job. Their service man was polite and knew exactly what henwas doing. Just a great company.

Called for new frost proofs to be installed, they did it the same day with a fair price. They supplied faucets it was fairly priced and quickly done. I was happy with the service and will call them back. Based on my experience I would recommend.
