Awesome! Cool gift shop. Nice people. Lots of boats on the weekend. Watch the gravel bars, they come and go as they let water out of the dam.
There's a nice deck overlooking the river, you have to go thru the store to get to it.
This is our normal put in spot to go fishing, so I’m pretty disappointed at how unfriendly the boat dock staff is. The shop has a good variety of items, but they aren’t helpful or even nice.
On the river, in an on-site RV rented through the park, excellent evening programs, marina, access to great guides. What's not to like? Now everyone will know about it!
Best fishing spot in the State Park! All the bait you'll need too, in the Trout Dock store.
