Papa John's Pizza

Food was good, but can't say much about customer service on this visit. Customers should be taken in order as they come in the door. Don't give someone who prepaid & expects to be waited on ahead of others because of that. I had just paid by card but she was given her order first ud83eudd37

Called 5 times and all the guy keeps saying is thanks for calling Papa John's can you please hold and after 11 minutes of holding, nobody comes on the phone to take my order. Sad and disappointing because they have better pizza than all the other pizza places.... grrrrr pisses me off

Usually good quality and fast service. Patriotic and leave people alone for masks, but make their staff wear obnoxious masks. Thus management needs to quit harrassment of the staff.

On 2/20/21 around 11pm at night I placed an order for pizza. I live about a mile from this Papa John's. Pizza was promptly made and sent out for delivery at about 11:20pm. Instead of coming around the corner (1 mile) and delivering my pizza. The driver went on a 31 minute plus ride in the opposite direction. Meaning that I would have to wait another 31 minutes for my pizza to be delivered according to Papa track. Total time my pizza would have been out getting driven around (getting cold) by an incompetent driver about 1 hour. I called Papa johns and they apparently couldn't get ahold of this rogue driver. Thankfully I was offered another hot pizza to be delivered by a different driver. The young man who delivered that pizza was very respectful and upbeat. Overall disappointed by the hastle of dealing with the other driver and needing to advocate for myself to make sure I wouldn't get cold pizza.

I went in to get my pizza tonight and the staff was greatnnI said to the one employee how I wanted to be able to throw pizza in the air like he did.nThe manager took out some dough me gave me lessons and tipsnnI can tell they enjoy what they do and make great food!
