After waiting in line, I was refuse to enter the store bc I did not have a mask on. I have health issues preventing me from wearing a mask and refuse to support a store for discriminating against me and others who can’t wear a mask due to health issues! The girl at the door was nice, but her hands were tied due to the corporate office! American Eagle Outfitters, your are not American at all and have lost a customer!
Staff really likes to talk to each other, but not customers. But they get at least 3 because I love the jeans here.
This was our most pleasant experience with an American Eagle in years! I had ordered many pairs of AE jeans online which turned out to be way too big for me. As soon as I walked into the store with over 10 pairs of jeans, I was instantly greeted by a super friendly associate named Travis. He went over what was wrong with the jeans and began picking out multiple different styles and colors for me to try, and even looked up styles on their website to order as part of the exchange! The other employees, Emily and Alex were also super friendly and helpful. My girlfriend is normally very self-conscious when it comes to buying jeans, but they made her feel super comfortable and helped her pick out jeans that she feels absolutely amazing in. I cant say enough good things about these employees!
Nice staff and good quality clothes
This location is always clean and has a great selection of clothes, but unfortunately they have only two nice employees. (I don’t even know if they work there anymore.) I shop at this store and online pretty frequently and everytime I buy or return an item the cashier has an attitude with me and does not bother to greet or ask me if I need any help. I work retail and I am required to at least address every single customer with a greeting and a smile. American Eagle apparently doesn’t have standards for their employees as I am greeted with nothing but an attitude every single time. I would stop going in store completely, but because some items online cost less than return shipping, I’m left with returning in store.
