Know what you want before you get there. Don't expect the workers to know anything about what you need. If you have a big foot forget buying shoes because they're to cheap to stock them
Great staff
Store is really neat and tidy, very clean. Staff is friendly. But walking inside the store i felt parts of skateboarding culture dying inside myself. I have high doubts that anyone in there(at the moment) could even ride a skateboard.
This place is pretty cool I went here to look at skateboards for my sons 8th b-day and knowing nothing I needed info so Alex helped me and was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we are ready to purchase I will ask for Alex to assist us.
The Zumiez staff in Winchester are Excellent. Every encounter I’ve had with them has been nothing but positive. They’re super helpful and accepting. They’re Bunch of young kids with a passion helping other kids become their own in the world of skateboarding and alternative culture. They don’t hide who they are and that’s what makes them unique. You may hear a curse word, or an inappropriate song, but that is the world of skateboarding and real life. The fact that you may hear a person express their true self, while helping and accepting you into the unique and diverse culture of skateboarding, shouldn’t turn you off, but realize the passion behind the person helping you.
