Never updated systems. Sloppy alterations. Level of English spoken was not sufficient. Christianity-related items and pictures posted everywhere (very odd). Do not trust.
Sweet ladies Always had items done on time. Did a great job on curtain alterations. English is perfectly fine, and I have never had an issue with communication. And they recycle the hangers & bags.
Fair price. Always has been on time with dry cleaning. I had a sports coat altered and it turned out great. The level of English spoken is sufficient for the level of communication that is required. Always very friendly.
I don't know why the negative reviews. I've had alterations and several dry cleaning done without any issues. Both women of course struggle with English but they are always very happy and professional. I come from NJ with an Italian background where the u.s. $1.99 dry cleaner on every block, this is affordable for dey cleaning AND alterations compared to others in the area.
Sloppy work on my alterations Don’t waste your money on awful workmanship. Does not speak English. Unprofessional.
