I really like people who take pride in their work.nI brought a garment to be cleaned, having some staining on the bottom from normal wear. It was a white silk ruffled long skirt When I came to pick it up, the nice gentelman said that it was cleaned on the bottom, but they noticed some ink staining where the ruffles had been sewn on the skirt base and would I mind leaving it for another day or two so that they could try to remove the ink marks I did, ink marks have been removed and the price of the service was very reasonable. All done with a warm smile.nThank you for your professionalism.
Took my sons first suit to get it cleaned and they did a great job on it and they had it done right when I asked them to have it ready for me to pick it up and the price was good.
My review is regarding shoe repair....not dry cleaning. Although two of the ladies I spoke with at Nu-Look were very helpful and very friendly, I found Royal Comfort Shoes in Front Royal provided a much friendlier and more professional environment overall....not to mention better prices.
