Asked for laundry, specifically and repeatedly. She ran all my gym clothes as dry cleaning, tried to charge me $100 for about 3 lbs of laundry, then was ready to come down with counter-offers. The only thing she didn’t try to run as dry cleaning was my socks and underwear.
