Horrible. Pickup was for 5pm, I was 20 minutes early which I understand I was early, but was asked to come back at 6. I said no because I had plans. I was asked to come back in 30 minutes, so I did and still no dress. She asked I wait 15 more minutes. So I did. I got up to leave and the delivery finally arrived. This was my daughter's prom dress for her prom the next day so I had to have it. I live 35 minutes away, so i cant just run back home. She have me $5 off which was appreciated, but I will NEVER use this place again. Also it smelled like trash in there. Very disappointed.

Kim was terrific! She altered my dresses for both my daughter's rehearsal dinner and wedding. Her service was professional and quick.
