As a tourist It was a fascinating experience. If you are interested in history and war monuments, this is something you should not miss. This old army base is now boasted off with beautiful colonial style houses and magnolia trees.
Great for the kids. The walking tour is open and very good. Be prepared to walk about 5-miles.
It was awesome to walk around d and see the fort.
Covid-19 is in the way of everything,didn't get to enjoy the museum like we wanted to in full effect
The Fort and the associated museum are in great condition and is a wonderful place to walk through to see the history of the area so well-preserved. Currently the Museum has modified hours due to Covid, but is still open for tours.
