Terrible service! Very unprofessional and rude. I came in to ask to rewash my comforter since there were hard spots and residue. I talked calmly and told him what I saw. He then rolled his eyes and looked at me rude and looked angry at me. Then walked quickly to the register and grabbed money out and yelled at me and said here there’s your discount and never come back here again. I never wanted money back just wanted him to wash out the soap. He never apologized he just threw money at me and told me never to come back. I would have come back it was only a mistake but I will never come back or recommend to anyone. Horrible service. Don’t come here!

They are one of the cheaper ones in town and compared to other places I’ve been. I travel a lot a find that the price here isn’t that bad at all. Compared to that cheap price, the quality is pretty good too. They do mess up sometimes but they try their best and admit their mistakes. But I totally recommend their seamstress! Yes it’s pricey but it’s also worth it. She’s worked alterations for decades and her work is perfect.

I do not recommend this place. Poor customer service and untimely service. I dropped off my comforter 8 days ago which cost $35 and it was not ready for pick up the day I was informed it would be.

As my daughter was getting ready for one of her life's most important days, we removed her wedding dress from the garment bag to discover a huge black streak in the middle of the skirt, and a mass of wrinkles! It was 1pm on a Saturday, and after frantically calling around town, not one place would help. Until I called Main Street Cleaners and explained my dilemma. They had me come right in, took great care of her dress, and had it looking amazing in a little over an hour! Thank you so much for going the extra mile and for being so kind, and especially for the beautiful job! You truly saved the day and for that I'm very grateful!

I only went here because i live so close. They are very very expensive when it comes to alterations. I purchased a dress off Amazon for $20 and brought it there to get taken in because it was a bit too big and they charged me $38! For a dress that was $20, it wound up being $60 total, that's insane! Another time, I bought a Ann Taylor skirt to get taken in and they charged me $32. I bought the skirt at a consignment shop for $8. I just can't afford to go back there anymore. And one thing that bugs me and it may not relate to everyone, but they don't even offer a military discount. 10% off is not going to force them to close. If they offered discount like that, I would be more apt to go there again. As for their Dry Cleaning Services, everytime I bring something there, any stains I went there with to get out are still on the garment when I go to pick it up. And they still charge me full price. It's just a waste of my time and my money.
