A good initial impression, but that quickly goes south once they have a contract signed. Tried to keep security deposit for things they messed when building (poor single layer paint, no shower rod, etc). And wouldn't recognize a service animal until an attorney was involved.

If you are looking for a home to buy i wouldn't recommend Chris Rooker, he would put a home on the market under contract not knowing that the home could have a lien on it, very unprofessional as a realtor, atleast do research before its being put on the market
