Nice park not a lot to do as many things aren't open right now due to Covid. But it is pretty. We liked the beach area near visitor center.

Stumbled into Chippokes a couple of years ago while returning from Smithfield to the ferry to Jamestown & Colonial Williamsburg. It was a welcome find then and a fun return visit this time. Even with mansion tours suspended and the Farm and Forestry Museum closed it was a fun stop. Wonderful (quiet) beech, Osprey, Bald Eagles and peaceful surroundings.

This is my favorite place to take the kids when they need a change of scenery. They love seeing the livestock, poultry, and garden.
