The promptness of my book was ok, the customer service was ok but the bathroom door couldn’t close nor lock! The ceiling above the shower was peeling... the smell was as most people say, “smoky and like mildew.” Checkout was at 11am, they were at my door at 10:25am, I was being rushed out before checkout. When I went to the office I told him what had happened and that I felt like I was being rushed and his-snappy response was... “well do you want to stay until 11 you can.” At that time it was 10:45 so there was no need to go back up to the room, not that I wanted to anyway. For $91 a night and being rushed to leave before checkout along with other contributing factors, I would say that it’s not worth it. I WILL NOT STAY AGAIN. Oh.....and I had to buy blankets to lay on because the sheets and main spread had stains on them.n1. Bathroom door didn’t latch so couldn’t close nor lockn2. Rude servicesn3. Unbelievably dustyn4. Rushed to leave before check outn5. Stained linensn6. Smellyn7. Peeling ceiling... at this point should I even go on!
Why have a 65, 70 inch TV with no HDMI cord? You have the biggest TVs of any hotel I ever stayed in. It’s a waste. Give your customers HD. What is this, 1988?
At 1st, it looked unfriendly but once inside it was very friendly. Every thing was nice and clean, they even gave free wifi and extra coffee and cups and extra ash trays, I called down for them in less than 2 minutes they were knocking at my door. Very nice, clean place to stay
