I would normally have given this location 5 stars since my first two visits were exceptional. I did sign up for the unlimited plan but unfortunately for the last two consecutive days I have visited this location and there seems to have been some mantianence issue that have caused me and many others to back out of line and not receive any service. This is pretty frustrating since I have to travel 30 minutes just to get to the location. I am trying to remain positive since I know when this business is up and running they are definitely a five star operation.

my first time trying it because I have a roof rack and I need a touchless car wash. I bought the best wash for $12 and everything was great until the end. I had watched the car before me pull out slowly to make sure the air had blown dry the car so there wouldn't be any spotting. For some unknown reason I pulled out I felt about the same speed as the previous vehicle in front of me and halfway through my vehicle the blower stopped and for whatever reason the blower didn't even push high enough that the section of the car it got that it could blow off the windshield. So even though the car may have been cleaner I don't feel like I got my complete wash and there was spotting on the car afterwards because it wasn't blowing dry properly.

Their timer is off you don't get all the time you are looking for and when you first start to use the wand it takes 45 seconds before you start getting the high pressure they are stealing free minutes from you depending on how much time you add to your wash time I plan on calling weights and measurements on this place . I would like to say thank you to the service manager for their nice offer and willing to check their equipment I will give this car wash another visit without accepting any free time I do not expect anything for free only what I pay for but I believe that is a nice gesture on their part to give me free complimentary time I would like to say thank you two management and owner have a Merry Christmas Happy New Year be safe may God bless all
