Great pricing but embarrassing quality with 2 creases in the pants and shirts

I dropped off my jacket with a fresh stain. Mentioned the stain specifically and what it is from. The lady taking it in didn't even double check anything and barely looked at the jacket. When I came to pick it up, the stain was still there. At that point they offered to go over the stain once more, and for me to come back in the next morning. The next morning the stain was still there, but it was less noticeable. The lady that was taking my payment tried to run my card through twice, and mentioned they were having difficulties with the cc machine. I paid cash. When I got in my car, I checked my bank and saw that both of the card swipes were showing as pending, so I called Classic Cleaners. I was rudely told by them that the payments will be reversed. In two days both of them posted as debits on my account.nnAs far as my jacket goes, after putting it on, I realized it was lumpy and smelled of cheap detergent. So, they just washed it in cheap detergent without even checking with me. It was not dry cleaned as I had asked. Also, there are now water stains that were added to the stain on the sleeve after they went over it the second time.nnThe management of Classic Cleaners told me they did not do anything wrong, that I would need to come in to the store again (3rd time) to have the card transactions refunded and hung up on me. A disappointment. I wish I went somewhere else.
