I took my rug to White Way Cleaners to be cleaned after it became wet during a flood. Once they completed their service and I unrolled the rug back in my home I discovered that they had damaged the rug by ripping it on one end (perhaps where they hung it up?). I also noticed a few orange spots on the other side of the rug that I recall were not there before. In addition, the rug still smelled and a noticeable stain still remained in the rug. When I brought this to the attention of the owner Benny he denied any wrong doing and asked that I send photo evidence and that he would call me back. I sent the photos and he never followed through on his word (dishonest). Obviously, I will never do business with this company again (who also go by the name of Clean N Brite Bridgewater for some unexplained reason) and would suggest that other beware as well.
