The hotel was nice. Breakfast is good for what they are able to do. The had microwavable pancakes, waffles, cinnamon rolls, breakfast burritos, as well as bagels. In the boxes there were also boiled eggs and yogurt. The pool was cloudy the whole time we were there and the smell of the chlorine was a little overwhelming. You have to reserve swim times each day, which we were able to do with no problem most times within an hour of when we wanted to swim. All if the staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful.
This is a wonderful hotel for business and family vacations. Very clean, very safe with excellent customer service. A great place to stay in Woodstock (Shenandoah County)!
Nice hotel. Clean and tidy. The customer service was really good. They took a lot of covid precautions. The breakfast in the morning was not the best, but it was available. The hot tube was not working and you had to make a reservation for the pool (50 MINUTES). Only one reservation a day. The pool was supposed to be a heated indoor pool but it was FREEZING. Over all with the precautions due to covid, I understand that the hospitality field won't be the same, I wish they had informed us of the different amenities that were not available before booking.
Great hotel! Clean and modern! Best Hampton Inn COVID breakfast yet! The microwaveable egg burrito sandwich rocked. There's an awesome winery just 7 minutes away! I wish Hampton inn's had a more quality standards in their chain. This is a good one!
First trip to area to enjoy Skyline Drive. Brought our dog with us and stayed here and truly enjoyed our visit! Andrew was so, so, so amazing and friendly!! He went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel right at home! Thanks Andrew and Hampton Inn for a wonderful getaway this past weekend!nP.S. our suite was gorgeous and roomy, excellent accommodations!
