The hotel itself is beautiful. Very opulent. Classy and truly remarkable. The experience turned unpleasant with the lady that checked us in. She was short in speaking, she had to be pressed for any basic information if we hadn't have pre-paid we would have left. We were so looking forward to our stay and I'm truly disappointed that our stay was tarnished by our lack of information. Concerning breakfast, parking procedures, etc
Excellent location, clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Only downside was the housekeeping was practically non-existent during our stay. Some of that may be due to COVID but they could at least take the trash out and re-stock the toilet paper, tissues, and coffee. Otherwise, recommend this hotel for an excursion to the great Queen City
Nice size room but needs a fridge and microwave inside the room.nRooms can be a little more cleaned.nOverall nice experience.
Loved this place..Clean and gorgeous..The room was so nice..beds super comfy..great location to walk to all the little shops and restaurants..
good staying and there is really cute and good cafe right next to it for morning coffee. cute area.
