It was comfortable, but many of the bathroom doors don't have locks, plus some of them take a punch to open. The entrance didn't lock probably for a bit, which is concerning for the safety. Massanutten, in general, is a great place, but the villa I stayed in needs some maintenance.

Overall. The place was nice; a little older than the other places on the resort, and our unit was a bit dirty. Our unit also had an issue with the gas logs... We were told it was outta gas? We still recommend the resort... It's only been our third visit

First time we stayed at the vilas and for sure last time. While I could overlook the 80s decor, the whole place is falling apart, filty carpet and terrible lighting. Worse, ants are reigning supreme. In the basement an electrical outlet is a fire hazard, and heating is just so so.

Well maintained, clean. Lots of stairs...we were aware...both inside and outside. A bit hard to figure out what facilities were available but did not ask. Websire slightly helpful. Glad we went...nice weather...lots of deer..fat groundhog! Probably will not go back. Dave and Nancy, Portsmouth VA

Always great to stay there but i own my timeshare and should be able to bring my small dog..she is very much part of my family as i know i am not the only one that feels this way..charge people if they let there pets make a mess.
