Great service. Amazing breakfast even during covid. The bathroom lacked proper venting but they tried to accommodate me with another room.
Very comfortable and clean. Easy access to interstate,downtown and JMU. Great Farmers market and shopping at Shenandoah Farmers Market a mile down the road.
The employees were nice and helpful! I felt comfortable staying here during covid.

Run down, dirty, dinghy not up to HIE standard. I am traveling cross country so I am staying at different HIE every night and this one just doesn't measure up. First coffee maker was broken. Then the bathroom fan was broken and the vent was filthy. While I was showering I was standing in ankle deep water. Also there were only 2 towels and washclothes no hand towels. And best for last was the truck stop right outside my window. This hotel is no where near as nice as others I have stayed in this trip. The rooms are no where near as clean and sanitized as others.nWhen I woke up half the lights and several outlets didn't work.
